Appointment Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, at the discretion of The Nail Bar by Anisha.
Payment Terms and Conditions: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and bank transfer. Alternative payment arrangements must be made in advance and approved by management.
Limitation of Liability: The Nail Bar by Anisha shall not be liable for any damage or loss of personal property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.
Pricing and Promotions: Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Gift Card Terms: Gift cards are non-refundable and expire within a certain timeframe. No cash value will be provided for gift cards.
