Refund & Returns Policy

  • Services: All services rendered are non-refundable, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Products: Returns are accepted within a certain time frame with a valid receipt and original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within a certain time frame after return or cancellation, subject to management approval.
